Cold feet at night!

As the night progresses, my feet get colder and colder, even though the rest of me is warm and I'm wearing furry socks. This has been getting worse for ~ a year, now it's getting cold at night I'm noticing.

Is this an indication of poor circulation?

I'm 40, in reasonable health, and very tall (so the blood's got a long way to travel )

Its because my feet stick out the end of the bed! Plus when my wife gets up in the night and walks past she always bangs into them. fking superking size my arse.

I suffer the same, an electric blanket across the bottom of the bed tends to help in winter as I just can't get my feet comfortable otherwise.

I used to have cold feet. Proper blocks of ice. Oddly, when I stopped smoking they become "normal" temperature and have not gone back since.

My feet are the first place I feel it if I am getting cold in bed. Easily solved by wearing something to keep my body warmer, t-shirt/jumper etc.

Smoking causes poor circulation so less blood gets to the extremities, making the colder!

Smoking, a sedentary lifestyle, diabetes, poor diet, all can cause poor circulation.

When I'm under the weather my hands and feet get very cold. Electric blanket as suggested or wear a couple of pairs of socks.

Ray Mears advocates sticking your feet in a bowl of cold water before you retire. Toasty feet ensues minutes later.

I purchased it from a shop, yes - in which there were females. Naturally, non of then were interested in me.
