Cold feet at night!
Discussion
As the night progresses, my feet get colder and colder, even though the rest of me is warm and I'm wearing furry socks. This has been getting worse for ~ a year, now it's getting cold at night I'm noticing.
Is this an indication of poor circulation?
I'm 40, in reasonable health, and very tall (so the blood's got a long way to travel

Ray Mears advocates sticking your feet in a bowl of cold water before you retire. Toasty feet ensues minutes later. Is this an indication of poor circulation?
