2010 Ibiza 1.2 TSI Missfire

My mums cars been in with SEAT now for 2 weeks, went into limp home with Missfire on cylinder 3. SEAT have replaced the plugs, leads, coil, number 3 injector and checked the wiring. They say they've checked the compressions and they're fine, but still misfiring? I've serviced it every 5k, but since 30000 it's used 1.5l of oil, it's now on 33k

They've rung her today and said they don't know what's wrong with it! It's still under warranty, 60 plate with 33k

Anyone any ideas, or heard of anything similar?
