E39 M5 Insp 1 service - Deepdale Service Station, Preston

Having a strong hatred for anything main dealer related I opted to have my inspection 1 service carried out by a new Preston based independent BMW garage called Deepdale Service station.
The lads are former Bowker BMW technicians who have set up business on their own. There was a massive gap in the Preston area for a decent independent BMW garage. I thought I would give them a try.....
I'm pleased to report that my car has been in very good hands & so has my wallet. They even located a slightly under tightened nut on my rear hub / drive shaft (under tightened by me during a recent rear end overhaul) - proof that they have actually gone through my car in detail.
They also brought to my attention a couple of weeping gaskets here and there which I'm now going to fix next week.
Overall I'm pleasantly impressed with Deepdale service station. Another service book stamp for the service history and for once I don't have a bitter taste in my mouth.
Well recommended for any Preston based BMW / M Power owners.
