Anyone know this MK2?

Thinking of taking my MK3 off the road over the winter and getting myself a cheap MK2 to run around in. Anyway whilst browsing Ebay i came across this one local to me, and after a quick look at the pictures i spotted the PH sticker on the rear.

Does anyone on here know the car or maybe previously owned it?
