Looks like I'll be laying the XJR up for the winter.... OUTSIDE frown! So, anyone have any recommendations as to a cover which will protect but not scuff or otherwise bugger up my paintwork over a Scottish Winter?

I've had a quick squish through Google. Seems to be quite a variation between prices and materials, as in from £140 to £360. OK, I know that "you get what you pay for" but any suggestions based on experience would be gratefully received.

Much Thanks.

My girlfriend's sportscar lives outside and we got a cover for it from these guys.

It was a stormshield cover we got.

We've been using it for about 4 years and it has performed really well.

It is parked on the side of the house that is almost permanently in shade so the cover can be wet for weeks at a time in the winter but no water gets through and no condensation underneath.

I think it was around £300.

It is quite bulky but not at all heavy. It weighs a kilo perhaps.
