Hi all. Just a quick one...

I found a very tempting lease deal online. Took it to bmw to match and they said the best they could offer was £70 more than quoted online. (A month)

My question is surely bmw themselves would be able to match any online company selling BMW's?!
Also is it possible to negotiate lease company's for better deals? I.e. another option added or £10 a month less?

Many thanks

1. There's no need. Allow the lease company to get the best deal. Ultimately the lase agreement will be between you and the finance company.

2. Yes. The lease company will find out what cars are in stock and ask for the best deal to move them on.

The leasing company might well have far greater buying power than your local BMW dealership. They're also able to take large batches of stock that the manufacturer wants to offload at big discounts. Your local dealer won't be able to do this to anything like the same volume.

However, sometimes you get Manufacturer supported lease deals, Volvo and BMW both do this on occasion (as do others no doubt), which are very difficult to beat. However, you are likely to be tied to a particular model.

You can try to negotiate with lease companies, how much discount you get will depend how much profit per month they've got to play with.

be very carefull!!! Some are very harsh when it comes to
the end of the agreement when or if mileage Is over and any damage however minor can result in a huge bill!!! The old if it sounds to good to be true etc !!!!!!!
