Hi All,

I have bought a Maxtor OneTouch External 250GB hard drive to back up my PC on a daily basis BUT the software (Retrospect Express) it comes with is crap (or I am and can't use it properly!!) - is there an alternative that I can use that will do the same job but is easier to use?? I.e. I give it 7 folders to copy each day and at the press of a button it does it??!?!

Sounds like you've got the same as me. Yes the software is a bit awkward but once set up it does do the backup-what-you-wanted-at-the-press-of-a-button thing. From memory I had to tell it to duplicate the drive, rather than back it up. Also in my case I'm backing up the whole drive rather than cherry picking bits of it, which might be even more tricky.
