I've done it!!

A Chimaera 500 is mine, totally blown away by the power, ear to ear grin!!

Love the car, it's got a couple of small niggles which I'll sort in time, most notably the speedo seems to over-read (reads over 90 when doing about 80). Looked in the bible and apparently there's an adjuster on top of the speedo - any one managed to fix it with a GPS unit and a bit of private road?

Also the leather on the drivers seat is a bit scratched, can anyone recomend a renovation kit?

Congratulations! I am because I'm 500less at present, and it's not a good place to be.

I had a speedo which started off like that, and eventually indicated 140 when I was only doing 60ish. A bit of a hoot, but not very useful!

Re. the seat/leather. Best place I have found is Gliptone - liquid leather. They will match your colour and send you product to repair scratches and also condition leather.
