Agreed some let you transfer the balance from your card into cash in your bank which can then be used to pay the loan off...

Zopa are offering 4.8% according to last nights tv ad anyway.

We got 5.0% from Sainsbury's for £15k over 30 months. I don't think a small amount like £3800 will attract the very lowest rates though.
