Hi,

I've just noticed that one of my driving lights is smashed.

I've searched through some posts and it appears that they can be replaced 'quite easily' on an s2 111s and does not require the clam to be taken off.

Can anyone confirm this?

Also, I cannot seem to find anywhere that sells s2 driving lights, just s1 ones, any ideas/recommendations?

Finally (and belatedly), any recommendations for driving light protectors (i.e plastic or adhesive film)?

Thanks

Carl

Yes. On the S2 they are relatively easy to take off and replace.

Just remove the front grille (unclips at the top) and you can access the bolts that hold the light brackets in place.

Remove the bolts and withdraw the light unit.

The S2 driving lights are not expensive from your local dealer. Quite a lot cheaper than the S1 ones...

One somewhat brain-dead issue with the driving lights is the fact that you have to remove and reinstall the complete units if you want to change the bulbs..

Bye, Arno.
