Anyone doing this and can give advice for alternatives we can buy in the UK?

His seminar makes a lot of sense:

I just tried the coffee recipe and found it nice, albeit with the ingredients I had to hand. I used a thick slice of kerry's gold (never seen unsalted), 2 teaspoons of ground coffee (freeze fried, unsure of the mycotoxin content but no jitters) and 2 tablespoons of virgin organic coconut oil. I like that you can drink the coffee and chocolate in the fasting period of IF.

Already got one of those flavourwave cookers from costco for twenty quid. To get started I need to buy some sort of bean to cup coffee machine possibly, pasture raised whey, source of bacon and beef. Already eat dark chocolate.

I do the coffee part. Home ground beans, kerrygold butter, coconut oil and olive oil. Think the coffee is about 6 expressos, nice and strong! I then fast from 2000 till 1400 the next day, I eat clean during the 1400-2000 period.

I have one coffee at about 0700, then a second at 1300 if I fancy one. Dave asprey says to avoid it after 1400-1430. I train about an hour after the first one, 10-15 mile run then body weight exercises, it powers me through the lot
