Hayling Island Tornado?

There were reports of a Tornado on Hayling Island this morning!
Any truth in it or just media scaremongering?

i only live about 12 miles fron hayling and a very sudden wind and rain storm crossed felpham around 1pm also .

Seems it was real though we went to Hitchin for the weekend so missed it. No damage to my fleet

Horrendous wind and rain for about an hour here in Rowlands Castle!
