Hi
I'm after a copy of a wiring diagram for a Griff '92 4.0 Ltre can anyone help please, I want to fit a cooling fan override switch and I am having problems with the heater, the temp control motor don't want to work.

Air induction kits - any recommendations or experiences.

Have you considered the mod-wise fan kit? Also David at mod-wise is an absolute wizard at electronic stuff, he may be able to give you some advice on the heater prob.

For the override, just wire a switch between the terminals of the otter switch - on a long enough run of wire for it to reach into the cabin!

Wiring diags in the Bible cover the main loom - not sure they go down to every detail of the (notoriously fiddly) heater controls though. Anyone got the great book to hand? Try previous posts for more info on (re)wiring heater controls.

Otter switch is linked to relay in fuse box with (normally) Green/pink wire, just splice into this and switch to earth. Seems easier than running wires into engine bay.... Said cable can be found running from fuse box - behind dash - to engine thru grommet on bulkhead above transmission tunnel.

You're right, but I've rewired my fans to operate via a relay and fuse each, keeping the relays in the engine bay (less wire to fans)!
