The Alternative Parts List for the S Series
Discussion
I suspect there may be a few owners, who have recently joined the forum, who are not aware of the Alternative Parts List. I have found this an absolutely vital source of information and the first place I look if I am trying to identify a part.
The list is included in the 'wiki's' above, but I suggest you bookmark it on your own PC.

Any time a new source for a part, or an alternative which will suit, or can be adapted, is found then we need to try our best to keep this source of information up to date. If we do not then time will be wasted, info lost, and the wheel will be re-invented!
It was last updated in July this year, but having said that I have noted that the info on the alternative to the SAAB brake servos and master cylinders isn't written up despite having been in Sprint. That might even be my fault...if so, oops!
Once the forum is sure that a new source has been identified then the person who did the identification can send an email to ask the list to be updated, or can ask a 'regular' to do it for them.
