Driving along and there is a funny noise from the rear of the Old Insignia today !. Im slowly loosing faith in it !..
Anyways back to the plot..
Thought it best to pull over and investigate. One very hot and steamy nearside rear wheel and some smokey rear brakes !..
Lease car with AA coverage so give them a ring..Yes sir thats fine your all covered and someone will be with you in a hour. Twiddle twiddle of the old thumbs and makes a few phone calls.
Man turns up, strips off the whole of the rear caliper which was very gunged and siezed up. Cleans it all out and puts it all back together. All in the pouring rain I have to say !!
1 hour later on my way home as he advised getting new discs and pads fitted immediately..
Top marks from me is all I have to say.
