4x4 tyre size

I am currently running 265 60 18 on a 2008 Shogun - rims are 18 x 7.5". I have acquired 17 x 7 rims for winter tyres. 265 65 17 give the same rolling circumference. Are 265 65 17 ok on a 7" rim?
offset and clearance all ok? Is the only real likely issue a small increase in wear.

265/65x17 is spot on for a 7x17 rim.
