SL 55 AMG Owners club?

Looking to buy a sl55 amg and wondered if there is a club for such a car, found the mb club but wondered if there was a club for just the amg's

Plenty of information and banter to be enjoyed. The SL55 AMG is an amazing machine, but make sure you do your homework before you buy. Sign up and search the forums before asking newbie questions that have been answered many times.

You need to be aware of SBC braking, ABC suspension, water ingress to boot electrics, fuel tank baffles to name but a few items that are common issues on this 6-10 year old £90K car. Good news is the engines and gearboxes are generally bulletproof! Buy a good one and you won't stop smiling...

Get it checked before you buy or buy cheap and put £5k aside, that said I ran a 2004 from 2011 to 2013 with no issues or failures apart from a reversing sensor

Sold for 22.5k 5 months ago, no warranty but took it to mb fir a full health check prior to putting for sale to give the buyer confidence.
