Pannier rack for bikes without eyelets

Sorry about the rather dry topic, but does anyone know of any good pannier racks for bikes without mounting eyelets. This is not my bike, but a picture of a bike with the same frame as mine:



I know you can get the seat-post mounted ones, but when you add the sidebars they get expensive and awkward. Is there a rack you can get that mounts to the seatstays, quick-release skewer etc?

Just get some clip on eyelets and use a normal pannier rack. Job jobbed for a couple of quid.

My Giant XTC doesn't have eyelets - You can get frames that mount to a seatpost collars with eyelets and to the rear wheel skewer. I use this every day with a sometimes very heavy pannier bag and it seems fine.

The thing you are after is called a P Clip. You will need to measure the tube at where you want it to attach, and then buy the appropriate size. They are about £3 a pack
