Auction House Bargain B&O Beogram 3300 :)
Discussion
Went to my local auction house and bagged a fantastic B&O BEOGRAM 3300.
it had been tested but unsure if it was fully working.
Bid away and bagged it for £32 + costs.
Plugged into the hi fi today and WOW!
This has got to be one of the best sounding decks I have listened to
Looks very cool as well.
No placing the arm onto the record , just press the start button and away it goes, even has a little LED display to tell you the speed. so cool. and all this in 1986.
Was thinking of selling it on a make some beer money, but due to the sounds its now staying put!!
I find auctions can be a good place to get Hi Fi bits and bobs
thanks

Worst "I've got a shiny new toy" thread ever
Not sure what they go for but I think £30 is a bargain either way and I bet it sounds lovely too
good catch. What's it going through?
I've never done real world auctions but I could do with a good turntable, where do I start? Are some known for having more of that sort of thing or is it completely random?
