Looking for financial people all skills in London.

If anyone is interested I know of a company looking for the below people:
· C# Developers (Significant demand across business!)
· Java Developers
· Risk Consultants
· FATCA/Dodd Frank/ISDA Legal Consultants
· Wall Street Systems Specialists
· Murex Consultants
· Calypso Consultants
· Experienced Support Personnel
They have tried recruiters and come up short massively, so I figured I would ask on here and open it up to people direct.
They are not requesting you have financial knowledge already in the tech roles, so if you fancy a change of industry this is a good opportunity to join up.
Salary is good for London with a good package and bonus (up to 40%).
All that is needed is to be good at your chosen skill and work as a consultant in London (maybe Europe and US is possible later).
When not working on site for clients they offer training courses in any tech and business training in capital markets, also you get paid full salary when on the bench training.

Yes I do work for them currently before you ask and this has come from global head of hr to see if they can get people in direct rather than get spammed with unsuitable candidates from recruiters.
Interview process is:
Telephone interview with hr to work out if you will fit.
Ikm/brain bench test.
Face to face interview with hr in London office to interrogate your fit further.
More in depth tech test with lead developers for final assessment.
