Garage door alterations- specialist job?

Recently moved into our new home and, as suspected, I find the garage (up and over)door is not quite high enough to squeeze in my old car. I need to raise the door opening about 8 inches and then fit a corresponding panel onto the door base. Any leads as to who may be able to quote for this work please? I live in Bury St Edmunds.
