Your opinions please

I'm calling on the kindness of PistonHeads here for some help. Basically, I'm in my final year of uni and aiming to design a product that will help make cyclists more visible to motorists, therefore increasing safety for both parties. I've made a survey that applies to both motorists and cyclists so I need everyone's opinions, which is why I've put it here in GG rather than Pedal Powered (Mods, feel free to move if you feel differently about this).

I would be very grateful for your answers and opinions, virtual pints all round if you fill it in!

I do the first two questions & press next then Firefox tells me a new window is trying to open which I allow then a window comes up saying, thanks for completing the survey.
