mini cooper 2lts diesel

Ihave a 2011 mini cooper 2,ltr diesel with 112 bhp I have been told it is a detuned cooper s engine any body know how to put it to cooper s 143 bhp I have been told it only the fact the throttle does not open fully can any one help regards steve b

The Cooper SD is a BMW 2.0D and fitted in the BMW 118D, 143 BHP.

The 112BHP is a 1.6D in the Cooper D.
