I've found a car that suits my needs but it has finance with Porsche - I want to take the car away on the day as long as it is in the condition the seller has told me it is in. The thing is there is £10k of outstanding fiancé; what is the best way to sort this and not get stung?

Cheers in advance.

Simple phone up the finance company and pay it off yourself with the remaining money being paid the the owner.

On the day you collect, you get the seller to phone Porsche finance, you give Porsche your card details to take payment for the £10k, they confirm that's all settled, you pay the seller the balance, take keys and drive off into the sunset.

Or get the seller to take out a bridging loan for the £10k and pay it off before you collect.
