It may be better to get them coated/painted to the colour of your choice. I have done this myself on other cars it is quite easy to blank the lettering and use heat resistant paint.
I did read that your preference is not to paint yourself...why?

Entirely understand your view on the lettering. I filled the lettering with a paste filler then spray painted when dry then washed out the filler. It worked well although I have not done this on the DB9 yet....Although if the lettering is just stuck on this raises other problems...

I am having my front ones changed by BR as part of 'Project Blofeld'. They are Red with Aston martin decal and in really good condition. Give Mike a shout at BR and see what he is doing with the ones that he has taken off. (Front only).

Your car looks fantastic on dbs rims!

For calipers, as suggested above, Bamford Rose or some other place may have used calipers from a upgrade job. Otherwise, breakers yards, but there's no guarantee that they will be in nice condition.

That sounds like an awfully expensive way to change your caliper colour! I just remove them, clean them properly and either paint or powdercoat them. The decals can be cut by almost any vinyl graphics supplier.

The only time I would ever consider replacing them is if they had a fault, or I simply could not do without them for the week or so it takes to get it done.

Here's one I did for my friends Audi RS with new stainless banjo and bleed nipples.

and this is how you can personalise the decals......from my female friends car........
