cayenne turbo keys

Hi all, a new section for me so be gentle lol
I went to see a 2004 Cayenne turbo this morning with a view to buying.
It only had one key though (with a foldaway blade)
I'm sure it should have two keys but how easy is it to programme a spare?
Can I buy a used key from eBay and code it or is it main dealer brand new parts only?
