Full site link doesn't work

I was somewhere in the forums (my stuff page, maybe?) on my phone - decided I wanted to stop following a thread, and hot the full website link.

Took me to the mobile homepage - only after selecting view desktop site from there did I get the full version.

Slight bug there it seems? Thought you might like to know. iPhone 3GS, iOS 6, Safari browser if those details help. :-)
