I have just put my reg on a car I bought 2 months ago.
It came with full service history and every old mot and a load of receipts and stuff.
I am pretty sure it is a straight car but.

I got the mot back from the dvla and it appears to be for another car.
It has the new reg on, so that is right.
It has the correct VIN and Make and model. That is where the good ends.
The mot should expire on 28/12/13 but the new one expires June 2014
the milage at last mot was 83000 this one shows 63000. So the history shows a reduction ie 83000 to 63000.
The mot that dvla was carried out in Glasgow, the one I sent away was done in Yorkshire.

I have just checked the history online, and it shows all the mots that came with the car, to be correct. and also the one in glasgow is on there too. I am convinced that my car was never tested in glasgow, but the computer says otherwise.

DVLA say that they can only issue the last certificate, which is the June one. I can not get any sense out of vosa .

Anyone have any ideas as to what as happened. Has it been cloned or something.

The MOT history you have lines up with the online records, and the mileage of your car is higher that the Glasgow car, so sounds like either:

a) An admin screw-up somehwere; or
b) Your car has recently been cloned and the clone is residing is Glasgow. You have the original.

Yes, pretty sure mine is the original car, probably dvla/vosa incompetence.
I will call vosa Monday to see if I can get any joy from them.
I won't hold my breath though.
