Started car and got a "coolant level low" warning. Trooped off to Halfords and got some 50:50 OAT mix as per manual. Got back and opened reservoir to find coolant up to neck! (as per photo). Is that normal appearance of coolant? The top up mix I bought is pink. As level looked okay I went for a drive and after a few minutes the warning light went out. However, back in today and warning on again. Any ideas what's going on?

That coolant looks a bit milky....

Worth draining about a pint and leave it to sit for a few days and see if it separates into water and oil!!

If it's does separate then it would be worth speaking to a dealer or an Indy and get it checked over.

Hope it's ok wink

Cheers
