'An Education'

Anybody see that film last night- 'An Education'? The spiv boyfriend had a lovely Bristol, shown to good effect throughout the film, what a beauty!

I always favoured the V8's (407 onward?), but this little film star was an earlier one with the cyclops headlight, it's turned my head I can tell you (the lass wasn't bad either). I recon the film soundtrack kept the genuine engine sound too, very nice.

I agree, very good film, the period feel was excellent and the Bristol was a model I was unfamiliar with. I watched it again today on iplayer. Carey Mulligan was delightful too.

It's a 405 I think. Unusual to see a 4 door Bristol.
