Can you reheat an omelette?

Why would you want to? An omelette costs next to nothing and is quick and easy to make... just do a fresh one.
If you're deliberately going to make one to take to work and reheat... then like said above its going to taste like crap so make something else that will be far more suited to reheating.

Why not just have an egg mayo sandwich and then you dont need to heat it up or if you want hot food try mixing some egg upwith a splash of milk and butter in a tupperware bowl a taking it to your work premixed. Microwave it and you will have scrambled egg for your lunch.

Just a thought, if you have the abitily to re-heat one, you probably have the ability to cook one. As someone above said, a frittata would be easy to carry and reheat in an over. If you have a microwave, you could make a passable attempt from fresh. It certainly
Wouldn't be any worse than a reheated one. And since you must have a fridge, you could even bring the mix in a sealed box and make on a plate of sorts.
