Having just returned from the USA on a great driving/ NASCAR holiday in Georgia, Carolina , Tenneesee and Mississippi I am keen to see more. The alien landscape(if not necessarily in the Area 51 sense) appeals and I'd be keen for any info anybody can provide on a driving holiday in this area - and/or maybe some Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. We want to see empty country, big skies and big mountains- or at least some of them ! Any advice appreciated y'all.
