I want to sit small people in the passenger seat of my 2007 Vantage 4.3. Not only are they small, but they are also newer than the car (5 years old and 4 years old).

I can disable the airbag. I don't think the seat has ISOFIX hooks - the manual seems to say it does, but I don't see them. The manual also says that a child booster seat attached in some other way e.g. via the seatbelt is not appropriate (I take that to mean illegal).

Has anyone resolved this without ISOFIX?

You can only disable the passenger airbag on ISOFIX spec'ed cars. If you passenger seat has full elctric movement, same as driver's seat, its not ISOFIX equipped.
Manual covers all eventualities.

Nope. My car has no ISOFIX, but you can switch off the airbag. You shouldn't switch off the airbag other than with a rear-facing seat though. Just leave the seat as far back as it will go. Britax Duo Plus is a seat that fits well.

I'm pretty sure my car is like Zod's - no ISOFIX, but you can disable the airbag.

I think I need a booster seat rather than a full child seat, since they are just beyond child seat age (in their parents' car they use booster seats at the back), but at least this gives me a starting point.

I use a booster with my seven and four year olds (the four year old is huge) and the Britax seat with my two year old.

No, you're thinking of those odd seat-like things in the back of the DB9 - for children without legs.

As does mine.... But although its electric, it only moves forwards, backwards, and the seat back reclines.....

Unlike the drivers seat, which has the addition of up and down movementsmile

Yes, the only proper way to spec a DBS.
