I've done a few track days at Goodwood in the past with my old Clio 182. There is always a wide variety of different cars there, from an old Fiesta XR2 on one occasion, to a TVR Sagaris on another, not to mention the usual plethora of Caterhams. Most people are pretty good and will move over for quicker cars, and as long as you're doing that and keeping an eye on your mirrors from time to time you can still have a blast around there.
I would say that I felt that my Clio was a fraction underpowered there - it is a fast circuit. I wish I had tried Castle Combe before I sold it as it's more twisty and better suited to something like the Clio. Still, Goodwood is definitely worth a crack at £150.
