So.. as its that time of year.
Going to do some pumpkin carving tonight, dont really want to throw the pulp away. Any good ideas for some tasty bits

Thai pumpkin soup is the first thing I make every year then depending on how much flesh I have left I'll make a pumpkin cake and pumpkin pie. I made a curry one year too.

I was told that the pumpkins which are sold at this time of year aren't suitable for eating, they're pretty tasteless and just intended for carving. Doesn't bother me, I don't like the taste of the stuff much anyway
