It hasn't been sealed with resin yet - needs a final clean with alcohol and polish - then sealing - I just need someone to help me out with working out how to wire it into the brake lights!

Sure your just showing how it looks, but when you seal it I hope that the led's will be at the top of the badge.

Just looks a bit weird angled down. Great idea, not trying to give negative critic.

I rather liked the smiley face =) I've gone for the more flamboyant look with the car anyhow! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nm47V0bh6yc&fea...

Thanks - it's Deep Red Candy - there are already some stone chips - just on camera they don't show up unless up close.

I've just bought some polished wheel nuts from RG - worried they might look too bling. I guess I can sand them to a brushed metal look if they do.

They'll be fine. I've got them on mine and they add the final touch in my opinion.
Where did you get the led bunches from?

These guys http://www.customdynamics.com/truflex_flexible_led... - they were in a self contained rubber strip - I bought them originally for the car, before I even owned a Tuscan with the idea to put them around the badge. Turns out, though flexible, they wont bend enough to make it around the badge reasonably tightly and the circuit board inside snapped. This did however give me the opportunity to take it all apart - threw away the rubber moulding stuff (that was also quite chunky) and play with just the circuit board. Connecting up to molex's on my computer for a simple 12volt test bed it was easy enough to work with. It's split into segments of 5 - if you split anywhere within the 5 it kills that bank of lights. I've ended up using a strip of 10 for each side for the top parts and approx 35 for the bottom.
