Hi Chaps…Just popped over from the wedge forum to let you know that New FPR are available for the Essex engines if you need them..They are a third cheaper than anywhere else..Give these guy's a shout and if you order one just let them know that Mark recommended you…These guys do most of my ford related bits at good prices so I'm just returning a favour..I have no financial gain or connection…Cheers…Ziga

Hi Mate..Sorry its a Fuel pressure regulator..The blower is off now as it destroyed the engine…Back to a standard 2.8i now..I think i will concentrate on the interior and hood and might go for a rebuild to a 3.5 later on or just get a V8…Cheers..Ziga

Hi Mate..Is that a rhetorical question?..Im un-familiar with the access to parts for the Essex but thought i would share some info with you..I guess a boost valve is probably better for performance?..However having a spare anything is always better than trying to locate obsolete or hard to get parts..Best get two to be on the safe side..hehe…Cheers..Ziga

Can't see a fuel pressure regulator anywhere on the site, and I wouldn't have thought any essex engine'd cars would have come with them (apart form maybe turbos if they had elec fuel pumps), but I can see an essex mechanical Fuel Pump at £25 which sounds good value...I think.
