Hello from a new'ish V8V owner. Finally found the right one and bought my P&J in July; lurking too long as you can see. July 2006 V8V. Tungsten silver, light cream interior (don't know the official name). Was shamelessly reading this site for months beforehand to get all learnt up (as one of my old bosses used to say), bought the book, visited all the webs that everyone talked about from BR to detailing sites then did the deed. Had a smile on my face ever since.

So I know by now that pictures are required by law so here she is.

I live in Spain so will not be joining the regulars on your UK trips, but if there are plans for and outing around northern Spain (Galicia) I'm in, frankly father afield is also an option.. Lot's of great roads in Spain, few speed cameras and the Guardia Civil (Traffic) are usually in a bar somewhere.

Thanks to all who gave advise without knowing it.

No I don't see many others where I am at present (North West) but on the Med coast I am sure you will find a few.

Second 'photo taken from a hill overlooking Vigo and the Cies Islands with an iPhone, hence the average quality, but I do like the shot.

Few issues so far. Some TPMS problems but covered by the warranty plus a hole in the washer water bottle. Other than that just pure joy every time I start her up. Lots of admiring looks when out and about plus requests for 'photos. That never happens in the Audi for some reason.

Loving every minute so far.

Welcome. What a great set of photos, especially the second one with the view out over Vigo.
Interesting to hear you are located in Galicia - I was just thinking a boon down that way (ferry to Bilbao / Santander) then blast down to Santiago de Compostela and back would be tremendous fun!
Best
Archie

As my lotto winning friend says, a run down there via ferry is definitely on the cards. I may need somewhere offshore to stash loot in the future yes.
