i thought the colour mixes on the mp made it quite hard to spot enemies and the new spotting button is weird it being the same functionally as another button. using the select button on bf3 worked ok for me.
there does seem to be an unusual no. of bugs on release even for a technical mp game. having said that, I put about 4 hours into the campaign mode and started to click up achievements etc, only to come back today to find I have to restart from the beginning again.
how can a release be so flawed on release?
very poor imho if this is the case. I went back to assassins creed IV this aft after finding that out.

Ah, I don't bother with single player, it's online for me. Unless the internet goes down, but then I'd play Fallout/Skyrim 
I am preferring the new spotting button, you don't take your hand of the controls to do it. But the other controls are annoying the s**t out of me - the vehicles especially.
Still quite enjoying it - just more of the same really but more kit and customisation. Oh, and I got some super long range grenades - they are fun.

This is single player.
I must be having bad luck because it's 'frozen' three times on me since I got it on Friday. I'm not enamoured with the graphics (certainly not that much better than B3) and you have to hit your opponent with more ammo to put him down that I did with BF3.
Just upgraded my broadband package to unlimited so am now thinking about going online but am unsure what to expect. I'm not overly bothered about joining teams but want to do it mainly for additional maps etc which tend to come along with time.
Any advice appreciated.

Single player here and not impressed! In fact its f

Got half way through the 'blow up the dam' mission and died but it then crashed before reloading me and now every time I reboot the console and try to re start the mission it crashes.
So looks I have to start again but really can't be bothered so going to try to take it back to Asda. EA = Garbage

Your lucky it reboots, on my PS3 it just locks everything up and I have to go through the whole switching off malarky.Is it me or is it starting to get a bit more stable and playable since the server updates?

I got my premium FOC from Dice as they messed up my order dispatch, so i got Digital Download on PSN FOC initially, then Premium to placate me. Seems to have done the trick! Saying that, i was NOT going to part with £40 for a few perks.
Completed single player on Normal in about 3-4hrs. Thought it'd be longer!!!!
Still not much teamwork going in on the servers, lots of death match guys... Too interested in their K/D. Saw a sniper team destroying my team from afar earlier, managed to get behind them, stab one and shoot the other. Bloody good effort by them! Essentially denied an entire control point! Oh and i found out how to drop the hotel, sorry Matt, the other night i noticed you were in it, but my finger acted without command...

Yes, if you play with randoms (as I do mainly!) it is a whole lot harder to get people who will PTFO.
Usually my process is once I see people playing properly, send Friend Request!
I am quite enjoying the Challenge things too - perhaps because I've won them all amongst my friends...
I am getting a bit more used to chopper flight but tanks still p**s me off.
Also finding lag a nightmare - not sure if it is just me but sometimes the game just drops to like 5 FPS or something - I think I am playing Bullet Time in Max Payne......
I do like the fact it isn't BF3 bottlenecks as well, can usually outflank people.

I am looking forward to the facility on PS4 that allows you to upload footage of such shameful escapades. Imagine the idignity of having your tags taken and subsequently having the video of it posted on PH ETA that this was a reply to Havoc's post.

My thoughts exactly, my house rings with the immortal words of "Where the <insert choice expletive> are my team? What is more annoying are the guys who wait for you to engage an En, you get killed, then they finish off said En... Then repeat the act.... Apparently K/D ratios mean a lot to some!
