Please could someone help me?

I'm looking at a 993 '95 manual C2 to buy and during inspection noticed that one particular warning light wasn't illuminating on the dashboard upon pre-ignition. Obviously not being illuminated it was very difficult to see which one it is but it is the furthermost left light from the cluster of lights below the oil pressure gauge.

I've searched online and I think (think!) this must be the brake pressure warning light (i.e. circle, 2 arrows facing inwards) but then I've also seen on a post elsewhere that this light might not exist on a 2WD 993 (which I don't quite buy but still...).

So first question is, what is this light?

Second question is, should it come on pre-ignition?

Help much appreciated!

According to my drivers handbook it is the brake pressure warning light and only applicable to C4, C4S and Turbo variants. I believe this is because the four wheel drive variants have a pump that pressurizes the brake system as part of the ABD traction control.

I believe the ABD was available as an option on the C2. Also, I don't know if the warning light was present and not connected on the C2 or if the C2 had a different dial gauge. Perhaps C2 owners can advise. ( I have a C4).

PP - thanks! Andy C2 people able to confirm this?
My last 993 was a C4 and I certainly remember this light coming on then. Never had a C2...
