Just a random thought I had while doing the daily browsing of PH, I noticed how many 'What Car' threads we have. Now I do enjoy a good 'What Car' thread from time to time and they can be quite fun to have a read through and see everyones suggestion, i've had a 'What Car' thread before, but here is a random thought of mine.

We have 'General Gassing', 'Speed Plod & The Law', 'Classic Cars and Yesterday's Heroes' and that, why not introduce a 'What Car' section of the forums?

Would be good to have a read through and spend some time doing some research into diffrent cars, and maybe make it easier for OP's to get the help they need, rather than having people who dont want to read a 'What Car' thread complaining about them.

Just a thought, feel free to let me know if im being a genius, or a numpty!

I see where you're coming from but it seems a bit OTT. What car threads are part of the culture of GG and I, for one, enjoy them.

This is the bit I don't understand. Why do such people open a thread that says What Car and get annoyed about its contents?

Here's a top tip to the annoyed: If a thread has a title saying "What Car..." or "Help me pick a car..." or "I need a car for £5,000" or similar, it's probably a What Car thread. If What Car threads annoy some people, then they should have the good sense not to click on that thread.
