Chassis plans or drawings? Anyone got these to share?

As per title, i am currently putting a chimaera chassis into solidworks and would appreciate a copy of any plans if anyone has these to share? Just save me a lot of measuring! Cheers. Phil.

It's faster and simpler to make 3D scan chassis and make a corrections.

I don't suppose anyone has 3d modelled a tuscan chassis? I am proficient in Delcams Powershape but modelling a chassis from scratch would not be a 5 minute job! Full credit to you for taking that on!

yes , but You need a big 3d scanner to do it , not something many of Us have knocking about, would be nice thou.....

I'll be in London next week (8-11.11). If someone has naked chassis, I can take my toys and make 3D scan.

Hmmm , just happens I do , MY250GT was measuring it today , we are a little bit north of London on the beds / cambs border , so if You fancy the trip it would be great to see what can be done.
Also have a Tuscan chassis that someone mentioned.

I'll come to London by plane, so it's quite hard for me to get there. I'll try to borrow a car from one of my friends.

Hi Marceli,
don't make any special plans for us as I have checked with my250gt and we both have other things planned for this coming weekend so will not be around where the chassis' are.
Maybe someone else in the London area is doing a body off restoration who could help.
Would have been interesting to see how you would do it , what kit You use etc....

Hi , its a bit of a low priority at the moment but still in progress. Work gets in the way.
