Rear wheel issue

Okay here goes.

Had some rear end issues with the brake disc running off parallel, the result of this being that the outward pad was coming in and out of contact all the time. After spinning the rear wheel up you could visibly see the wobble in the disc.
So new disc order and fitted and its exactly the same. The wheel itself also seems to have a slight wobble and looking at the hub on the brake disc side again there seems to be a small amount of movement (obviously a small amount of movement at the hub multiplies out making the wobble on the wheel look more), there is no obvious movement on the cassette side.
So could this be the rear hub thats causing the issue, seems odd that its only affecting one side.

You could have a combination of
1/ Sticking piston
2/ Wheel bearings loose
3/ Caliper out of line

As a starter, anyway.
