Sadly not the Mini GP2 but to be even considered for the test is an honour in itself.

To have come sixth out of 8 of the very best performance cars on sale today anywhere in the world justifies the price that BMW retailed the car at. (IMO!)

SPOILER ALERT

The cars that ended up in front of the GP2 were

5th Audi R8 V10
4th Aston V12 Vantage S
3rd Merc SLS Black
2nd Ferrari F12
1st Porsche 911 GT3

Anyway you look at it, that is a deeply impressive lineup of cars.

Behind it were

7th Porsche Cayman S
8th Alfa Romeo 4c

Well that's saved me the bother of reading it. Thanks for that.
Use spoiler tags next time you post something like this, rather than ruining it for everyone.

Agreed.

or at lest leave a decent gap between "spolier alert" and the actual info.

Are you serious? It's pretty obvious from the title what is going to be in the thread.

Yep, serious both times! It could just have easily been a discussion on what the assembled throng thought it might be...

Absolutely this. Couldn't have been clearer. He didn't put it in the title, so you clicked and read the thread until it was spoiled.

You're an idiot.

If I made a thread saying "And the twist of Sixth Sense is..." and you hadn't seen the film, would you click on the thread?

£30k for a 1.6 four cylinder hatch - needs to be good.

Was a 135i on the test?

That's terribly kind of you. The downside to my username is that it's no longer true. I've been here longer than you wink

Inconsistent steering feel (though Chris said in his video you get used to it) and boring 4 pot engine compared to the more exotic ones in the test.

Your old one can't have been much good then wink

I still think posting the conclusions of 'big' articles such as this, before most people will have had a chance to read them is poor form. If people want to call me 'stupid' or 'an idiot', I guess that's their prerogative... If it makes them feel superior in some way, then good for them.

Let's face it, you knew which maker was going to win anyway.
