Hi all,
Just a quick stupid question please, I have bought some new compatible plugs but they are the protruding type, will the pistons hit them at the top of the stroke or is there plenty of room in the combustion chamber between the top of the piston and the spark plug tips at TDC ???
Many Thanks

Don't know how much clearance there is in the head but why not stick to the recommended make and type B7ECS from memory?

They won't hit the piston assuming they are for a standard Rover v8, but they will overheat.

Personally found the BP6ES protruding type to give a cleaner burn than B7ECS, and less likely to foul up - particularly on the 420seac.
