hey dude yeah there is loads of people that can do it. Have a look at this site they will sell u a box u can do it yourself BUT !!!.
if u get a custom remap it will be more but its a guide to what specs u get.. If you are in the wales area i can give you a number of a dude...

Just had my Mondeo TDI 130 remapped here in France 26 Euros. Now no hot start problem.
