I pass this place most days http://www.petandgardenworld.co.uk/

It's in Armley, Leeds. I haven't been in for years but it had a great range when I did.

If that's the one opposite where Mikes Carpets used to be then apparently it's gone downhill rapidly.

However I have heard good things about the one on the A64, just after Irish centre however on outbound side.

They used to be very good - not been in for a while though as I've not needed to restock. I use QSS every now and then as nearer.

Did this used to be Livingworld a few years back?

Paws for thought on the A64 that people have mentioned is brilliant. Fantastic range and well kept. The smaller shop at Cross Gates is good too.

The one at Armley was good when I last went in a year ago, but the fish aren't as well kept as at PFT.

I would never use QSS in Bradford again after bad advice from them and a stinking attitude from the guys in the store. I used to travel from Bradford to Paws for Thought instead.

Recently tried the little store on Bradford Road in Tingley, (Tingley Tropicals, I think). Seems OK and they gave me an insulated box for moving home, however I haven't used them enough yet to form an opinion.

or Dying World as it used to be known due to the quality of their stock
