tracker for 996 RS - which one ?

Insurance co requires a tracker typically - prefer something lightweight and small (so easily hidden).

any recommendations ?

Hi - I have used 'Tracker' before - www.tracker.co.uk
Works for me.
I must admit though, I was not trying to see which one was the lightest or smallest. I think they are all fairly small.

Ticks all the boxes for insurance purposes.

Give them a call as there are several options on units not currently shown on their website.

Thats what i found so went with

That's a good point. I now correctly recall that I originally started using Tracker as it was already installed on the car. They can check with their online database. They may advise you to change the battery though depending on when it was first installed.

If going new then the portable option sounds interesting.

I have used SmarTrack by Global Telemetrics on all of my cars that insurance said they wanted fitted. Costs a few hundred quid for fitting and then £150 per year or they do a lifetime subscription for £250 I think. As I change my cars so often I just do the annual one. I think I have had 5 off them and have 2 at present. Very quick and friendly alert service, highly recommend them...

+1... This was the case with mine and Traffic Master have been very efficient, albeit without ever needing to use them to find my car!
