Can anyone help, got a Code 247, F-RAM, come up on the dash display, any ideas please.

You need to send you dash ecu to somewhere like this
http://pselectronicsolutions.co.uk/repairs.html

It can cost up to around £250 depending on how many chips are fried.

my first case of this was a flat battery on dash its a button cell, talk to Craig at Track V road.
hope your dash isnt fried.
