Just about to sign up to a lock up round the corner for the bargain price of £40 per month.

but - before I do the (rather crucial) matter of dimensions:

Garage is 175" x 90" (internal) - will my P&J fit in?

(Width looks fine it's just the length that looks a little on the short side....

cheers y'all,

Tim

Length = 156"
Width = 66" (not sure if that's with of w/o mirrors)

[draughtsmanmode]But I'd still get a measure and check it first[/draughtsmanmode]

Length isn't everythng: if there's a downward-hingeing (up-and-over ?) type door, the geometry is such that the arc through which the door passes may wreck the boot of the car, I've done it to my Honda (lawnmower !) so just check that before parting with any cash !!

Mine's a up-n-over and my Cerbera boot sits around 2-3 inches from the door with no problems, depends on the pivot point and garage height I guess...

So you reverse it in instead then ? Much better wake up call for neighbours by using the garage as a reverb chamber

A phrase you seem far too familiar with...

Longer than the S and shorter than my garage

Or in new money 4.28m (32cm/1' longer than the S)

Problem is girth as the doors are so long and quite wide to, making it a contortion act to get in and out.

I have the central supports carpetted, but will be fitting more soft stuff soon as the doors are long enough to reach past these.
